At a social gathering, a quartet of professionals from diverse fields came together to discuss how they might improve customer service within the chemical industry.
These individuals possessed between 10 and 20 years of experience and hailed from backgrounds in IT engineering, foreign trade management, intellectual property law, and chemistry engineering.
By the end of their conversation, they had come to the conclusion that chemical businesses could flourish on the back of professional services, stable and reliable products.
It was with this idea in mind that LOTchem was founded.
Aside from the IT engineer, the remaining three members all had backgrounds in pharmaceutical.
As such, they were well-versed in the finer details of product quality and familiar with the tools and methods of chemical and information technologies.
