The above rights may be exercised in accordance with the procedures provided for in the Information Processing Policy and the Privacy Notice available on the LOTchem’s website which LOTCHEM reserves the right to modify at any time by publication on the Company's website or by the means available for this purpose.

How long is the data stored?

The processing of personal data will be carried out as necessary for the fulfillment of the purposes. Generaly, it will be only stored for 6 months.

How is the security of personal data guaranteed?

LOTCHEM undertakes to adopt all reasonable technical measures to protect against the processing of unauthorized personal data, as well as internal procedures to monitor any vulnerabilities, and also undertakes to notify the data subject in case of a security incident in accordance with its Privacy and Data Protection Policy.
