一、灌装及储存Filling and storage

1.打开灌装口封盖，从顶部的灌装口灌入液体.

Open the filling port cap and fill the top filling port with liquid.

2.本容器最大灌装量为1000升，灌装管径≤140mm.

The maximum filling capacity of this container is 1000 liters and the filling pipe diameter is ≤140mm.

3.使用时应遮蔽储存,远高热源迎免高温暴晒，产品最高使用温度为60℃，储存温度为-18℃~40℃.

When in use, the product should be covered and stored away from heat source to avoid high temperature exposure. The maximum operating temperature of the product is 60℃, and the storage temperature is-18℃-40℃.

4运输前必须用专用扳手拧紧密封盖和阀门保险盖.

Seal cover and valve safety cover must be tightened with special wrench before transportation.

二、排液Drainage

1.打开灌装口封盖,以防止容器内产生负压。

Open the filling seal to prevent negative pressure in the container.

2．旋下放料阀螺纹盖，撕去密封铝箔。如使用阀门接管。请将其套在螺纹盖中，并连同垫圈一起装回放料阈并拧紧

Unscrew the threaded cover of the feed valve and remove the sealing aluminum foil. If using a valve connector, place it in a threaded cap, assemble the feed valve with a gasket and tighten it.

3．卸下放料阀门下的锁闭螺丝，将阀门把手朝前(顺时针）扳动，开始排料。

Remove the locking screw under the feeding valve, turn the valve handle forward (clockwise), and start discharging.

4．放料完毕后，请逆时针关闭阀门，装上锁闭螺丝，旋紧放料阀密封盖和灌装口盖.

After discharging, close the valve counterclockwise, install the locking screw. and tighten the sealing cover of the discharging valve and the filling mouth cover.

三.注童事项matters needing attention

1.本产品是底部提升，不允许顶部提升，动态运输只能堆放两层

This product is lifted at the bottom, not allowed to lift at the top, and only two layers can be stacked in dynamic transportation.

2．桶面上禁止站人或摞放超重物体，海上集装籍运输时需用绳索加固捆扎或放置合逼的缓冲物固定。

It is forbidden to stand on the surface of the bucket or put heavy objects. It is required to be strapped with rope reinforcement or fixed with appropriate buffer when shipping containers at sea.

3.禁止使用硬物敲击或撞击桶体，操作阀门时轻关轻放，不要遗失阀门的任何部件.

Do not use hard objects to knock or hit the barrel body. Close and put the valve gently. Do not lose any parts of the valve.

4、向包装桶内充液体时，必须留有足够的膨胀余位，在50度中型散装容器的冲灌度不超过其容量的98%

When filling the packing drums with liquid, sufficient expansion space mut be left ,and the flushing degree of medium bulk container at 50 degrees shall not exceed 98% of their capacity.

5．拟装液体的中型散装容器不得用于运输在55摄氏度时，蒸汽压力高于130kpa的液体，拟装液体的中型散装善器不得用于运输在50摄氏度时,蒸汽压力高于110kpa的液体.

Medium bulk containers of the intended liquid shall not be used for the transport of liquids with vapor pressure above 130kPa at 55℃ and medium bulk containers of the intended liquid shall not be used for the transport of liquids with vapor pressure above 110kPa at 50℃.

四、日常维护及检查Daily maintenance and inspection

1．热灌装时，请先拧开桶盖灌装，应待液体冷却至常温时再拧紧桶盖.

When filling hot, please unscrew the drum cover first, and tighten the drum cover after the liquid cools to room temperature.

2.严禁阀门和容器受到外力冲击和碰撞。在重新灌装前，务必对使用过的容器状态进行仔细检查，确认有无影响继续使用的不安全因素.

No external impact or collision on the valve and container. Before refilling, it is important to carefully check the status of used containers to ensure that there are any unsafe affecting its continued use.
